Tentative Schedule

We will follow the configured zyBook closely through the semester. It is extremely important that you read the relevant sections and complete all assigned participation activities in advance of the class sessions. This will promote a deeper understanding of the material as we work through further examples in class, and as you attempt the relevant challenge activities, problem sets and quizzes on that material.

The table below lists the topics that I expect to cover on a weekly basis. The Quiz and HW columns indicate the number of the quiz or homework that will be posted on Canvas during the corresponding week. Homework will be typically be posted on Thursday* and will be due back in class on the following Thursday a week after being posted. You will take quizzes online on Canvas over each listed weekend: they will be made available each week on Saturday morning and will be expected to be completed by midnight on the next day, i.e. Sunday.
