My office hours are 10am to noon, or from 1pm - 2pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. There may be occasions when I will be busy with meetings during the posted office hours so I would definitely suggest planning ahead with an appointment: call the dept. secretary, Betty Zubert, at campus extension 6077 to get one. I regret that my other responsibilities make it impossible to hold office hours at other times. You are always welcome to send me email at any time (to shende at camden dot rutgers dot edu) regarding the course. You should get a fairly quick response in most cases.
It is very important that you have a proper Rutgers login ID: you should make sure that you can indeed access all the online course material via your Rutgers account. Many students use email accounts obtained outside Rutgers, e.g. on Yahoo or Gmail; you should then ensure that you are redirecting your email from the Rutgers account to your preferred email account. I will not be responsible for any instances of course-related email sent to your Rutgers account going unread.
