What do you mean by saying that John did not cause Mary's psychosis?


1) John should not be legally responsible for Mary's psychosis because it was unforeseeable.

2) No one can develop psychosis from being hit.

3) John did cause Mary to become psychotic but she would have become psychotic eventually. Therefore John should not be liable.
