- New faculty member: In fall 2005 Sean Duffy joined the department. A musician and artist as well as social scientist, Sean obtained his doctorate from the University of Chicago in 2003. His research interests include the development of quantitative and spatial reasoning in infants and young children, and the role of categories in reconstructive memory in children and adults.
