go to "windows explorer" and map a new drive

map a drive V: to \\crab\docscan

at the login name use your crab name but for the password use 311BsB (case sensitive)

You should see a V: drive window open. Close it, and close the explorer window.

Now pick the V: drive in the "Browse for folder" window.

You should now see an icon in the bottom right tray (white and kind of retangular), if you place the mouse over it it will say "monitoring" - right click the mouse over this icon, pick "settings' with your left mouse button.

In the new window - Document Centre Image Retriever Settings:

reset the time interval to 3 minutes (or whatever you want)

where it has only V:\ hit the browse button and go to drive V:

pick cw_scan

pick data

pick system

pick public

pick (your name)

pick NETSCAN.XSM

now go and scan something.
