PC client machines:

Check warranty. Will this activity violate the warranty? Should vendor do this?

Be sure system is unplugged.

Discharge static electricity by touching a metal object – use discharge wristband.

Have proper tools, instructions and lighting. Read through the instructions first.

Have access to WEB services if problem or question arises.

Carefully save and annotate removed parts.

Never force.

Test. Test again.
