Introductory Social Psychology (50:830:135 section 01)

GRADING: Your course grade is based on three exams. Exams may test: (a) information in the Myers text, whether or not it is covered inclass; and (b) information that is presented in class, whether or notit is in these readings. You may also be asked to participate inclassroom exercises or research studies related to the course materialduring the semester, but your participation in such exercises orstudies is completely voluntary: your grade will not be affected in any way by whether or not you choose to participate.

ABSENCES: You are expected to come to class, and to take all scheduled exams.  If you are absent from class due to illness or for some otherlegitimate reason, it is in your best interest to get the notes fromsomeone in the class, because we will cover much in class that is notin the readings.  If you are going to miss an exam, you must let meknow in advance by calling me at (856) 225-6341. If I am not in, youcan leave a message on my voicemail. If something happens atthe last minute, you still need to let me know before the start of theexam. 5% will be deducted from your exam grade if you miss an examwithout letting me know in advance. Essay makeup exams will be given
in cases of legitimate absences.
