This will be our last official class of the semester, since December 10 is officially a "reading day."  This class will focus on the Future.  We will read several experts' essays about the future of the Internet and Society.  We will also have presentations from some students who have offered to share their work with the class.

Since this is our last official class, we will use the second half of the class for review.  There will be no support group meetings.

On December 10, we will have an optional review session for those who choose to come.

Readings for this week include:
"Tomorrow's Internet," from The Economist.
"The Roaring Zeros," by Kevin Kelly of Wired Magazine, September 1999 issue
