Coding Guide for Alumni Survey
 
Instructions:  Use the orange answer sheets with 100 items and answers from A to J, not the red ones with 200 five item answers.
Put the respondent's four digit ID number in the first four columns of the ID Number box.  Put YOUR last and first name in the Name box.

Code the forced choice items using the letters on the questionnaire.  Use the codes below for the open-ended items.  If you have a question or feel you need to add a code, email goertzel@camden.rutgers.edu
