“Analytical Mechanics, 7th Ed.” Fowles & Cassiday. We will cover Chapters 1-6.
This course is an introduction to Newtonian Mechanics for physicists and engineers.
There will be homework assignments for each chapter, they will be due approximately every two weeks. This will account for 30% of your grade.
There will be two hourly exams, each worth 20% of your grade.
The final examination will be worth 30% of your grade.
