05-03-13. I authored the Chapter titled "Modern nanocrystalline TiO2-based promoted photocatalysts for water splitting" that was accepted for publication in the "Handbook of Functional Nanomaterials" by Nova Science Publishers.

The new book "Liquid Fuels: Types, Properties and Production" where I authored the Chapter "Ultradeep Desulfurization of Liquid Fuels by Adsorption under the Ambient Conditions: Active Sites and Molecular Mechanisms", link was on display at the 3^rd Celebration of Camden Campus Faculty and Staff Authors Exhibition and Reception, first floor lounge in the Paul Robeson Library, Rutgers Camden, April 15, 2013 during free period 12:00 - 1:20 PM.

03-18-13. Results of our research are scheduled to be presented at the bi-annual 23-rd meeting of North American Catalysis Society (NAM) in June 2013. The North American Catalysis Society (NACS) meeting is the most prestigious meeting for the catalysis community outside of the International Congress on Catalysis. Title of our Poster is "Mechanisms of Adsorptive Desulfurization of Liquid Fuels with Cu-MOF by Experiment and Simulation", by Muslum Demir, Michael L. McKee, and Alexander Samokhvalov.

07-19-2012. My paper "Desulfurization of Real and Model Liquid Fuels Using Light: Photocatalysis and Photochemistry" has been published in Catalysis Reviews: Science and Engineering (Cat. Rev.) Link. With its high impact factor of 7.87, Cat. Rev. is one of the most highly cited and respected journals in the field of Catalysis.
